News About Josiah Allen

Many of you are aware that on Jan. 4 Josiah was diagnosed with AML Leukemia. On July 10 we received word that he had relapsed and must have a bone marrow transplant at NC Chapel Hill. He has been going through preparation chemo, etc. at Pitt Hospital in Greenville, NC. Though the process is hard, the care has been wonderful. So many prayers and expressions of love prove just how good God truly is. His battle to defeat this cancer will be at least another 9 months in length. Thank you for continuing to pray for his strength and healing and for the rest of his family.

Hi Josiah...I am sure you don't remember us, but I have known your mom and dad for a very long time. We used to see you play basketball at Conocordia with our grandson Cameron Beard. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We have sent your name out to our friends all over, from Guatemala to all areas of the U.S. We just met with some friends last night and they said each person in their prayer group lifted your name up to the Lord. Our "ham" amateur radio friends are praying for you also. We love you, your family and we are pulling for you. Marta W4MHS & Hugh WW4L - Catawba NC
We will certainly be in prayer for Josiah & your family.
We love you. call us anytime.
